Custom team orders cannot be cancelled, exchanged, or refunded after store closure.
Personalization Accuracy - Double-check spelling, numbers, and design selections before submitting. Incorrectly entered details cannot be changed once production begins.
Product Images - Images on the website are digital mockups and may vary slightly in size, colour, and placement when printed.
Sizing Information - Please refer to the provided size charts before placing your order to ensure the best fit, as custom apparel is non-returnable
Decoration Options - Some products may have multiple decoration styles available. Ensure you select the correct one before completing checkout.
Care Instructions - Wash all items with a transfer or silkscreened logo inside out to avoid fading or cracking over time.

Processing & Availability:

Processing Time - 4-6 weeks from closure of store.
Product Availability - All items are subject to availability and stock levels. While we do our best to ensure items on the store have stock, demand may sometimes exceed supply. In the rare case an item is unavailable, we will notify you and offer alternative options or a refund. Inventory restocking depends on supplier schedules and material availability.
